Had an accident? 1 less worry...We have your back

If you are involved in a *motorbike accident within five years of purchasing the *qualified KLIM® equipment, KLIM® will replace or repair the damaged KLIM® equipment  through ATR Superstore BV.
If you have had a motorbike accident and the qualifying KLIM® equipment is damaged, you can have it replaced or repaired as follows:
The items below will be carried out for you at our shop if you are an ATR Superstore customer.

1. Take photos of your *qualified damaged equipment that you wish to have replaced or repaired.

2. Request a copy of your official accident report/police report and legible photos/scans of the entire document.

3. Visit https://www.klim.com/gear-protection-guarantee and fill in all required information.

4. Upload all clothing photos and photos of accident reports when requested.

5. Once sent, customer service will review your case and contact you within 10 working days to let you know if you are eligible for replacement.

* AN OFFICIAL POLICE REPORT MUST BE PROVIDED TO KLIM® TO ASSESS ELIGIBILITY FOR NEW CLOTHING.
* Qualified KLIM® equipment is: All KLIM® GORE-TEX outerwear jackets and trousers for motorbikes, KLIM® K1R helmet, KLIM® TK1200 helmet, KLIM® Krios ADV helmet
* KLIM® reserves the right to evaluate each accident on a case-by-case basis, determine whether the rules have been followed and approve or reject any request accordingly.
* KLIM® will not approve requests for replacement of clothing from riders proven to have caused or contributed to the accident by illegal activities, or caused by riders under the influence of mind-altering substances.
*If KLIM wishes to examine the damaged clothing the customer must send the damaged piece, this cost will be for the customer.
