    KLIM is an American premium brand specializing in technical apparel and equipment for snowmobiling, adventure and off-road motorcycling, and extreme outdoor environments. The brand is recognized for its uncompromising focus on function, durability, and innovation — designed by riders, for riders.

    Origins & development

    The company began in 1994 as Teton Outfitters, producing heavily customized snow suits and specialized gear for professional users such as ski patrols, search & rescue teams, police, and environmental services. Founder, president, and CEO Justin Summers aimed to build products that make a real difference in demanding working conditions, prioritizing comfort and high quality.

    In 1999 the company was renamed KLIM and relocated from Salt Lake City, Utah, to Rigby, Idaho, a region ideal for real-world testing in harsh environments. As snowmobiling evolved into a more extreme sport, the need for higher-performance equipment became clear. KLIM addressed this gap by developing technical gear that combines protection, breathability, and durability.
