Article 1: General provisions
The webshop of ATR Superstore, hereinafter referred to as “ATR”, offers customers the possibility to purchase products online.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed through the webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions to the exclusion of their own conditions. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing and expressly by ATR beforehand.
Article 2: Prices
- All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and all legally required taxes.
- Any delivery, administration or reservation costs are stated separately.
- Prices apply exclusively to the described articles. Images may be illustrative.
Article 3: Offer
- ATR composes the webshop with the greatest possible care, however information may be incomplete, incorrect or not up to date.
- Obvious errors are not binding upon ATR.
- The offer is valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Specific questions regarding sizes, colours, availability or delivery must be addressed to customer service prior to ordering.
Article 4: Ordering and payment
Orders can be placed through the webshop by following the steps of the ordering process.

- PayPal
- iDEAL
- Sofort
ATR reserves the right to refuse an order in case of serious breach by the customer.
Article 5: Delivery
- ATR delivers throughout Europe via professional carriers.
- Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered within 30 days after receipt of payment.
- If an order contains multiple items, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.
- Damage or shortages upon delivery must be reported to ATR immediately.
- Risk transfers to the customer as soon as the goods are physically received by the customer or a third party appointed by the customer.
Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of ATR until full payment of the order has been received.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1 Right of withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
- The customer must notify ATR Superstore of the withdrawal through an unambiguous declaration by post or e-mail.
- After this notification, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
- Only unused articles in original condition and packaging, including labels, accessories and proof of purchase, will be accepted.
7.2 Return costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If the customer uses a return label provided by ATR, the actual return and processing costs may be charged.
7.3 Exceptional returns
- Returns outside the statutory withdrawal period are only accepted after prior consultation and written approval by ATR.
- In case of exceptional commercial acceptance, actual shipping and transaction costs may be deducted following customer approval.
7.4 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods manufactured according to customer specifications;
- sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods irrevocably mixed with other products by their nature;
- digital content where performance has started with the customer’s consent;
- services already fully performed.
Article 8: Warranty
- The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies in accordance with Belgian consumer legislation.
- The customer must be able to present valid proof of purchase.
- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, crashes, negligence or normal wear and tear.

Article 10: Privacy
- ATR processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
- Data is used for orders, deliveries and communication purposes.
- The customer has the right to access, correct and delete personal data.
Article 11: Applicable law and disputes
- Belgian law exclusively applies to these terms and conditions.
- Disputes fall under the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
- The consumer may use the European ODR platform.
