Article 1: General provisions

The webshop of ATR Superstore, hereinafter referred to as “ATR”, offers customers the possibility to purchase products online.

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed through the webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions to the exclusion of their own conditions. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing and expressly by ATR beforehand.


Article 2: Prices

  • All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and all legally required taxes.
  • Any delivery, administration or reservation costs are stated separately.
  • Prices apply exclusively to the described articles. Images may be illustrative.

Article 3: Offer

  • ATR composes the webshop with the greatest possible care, however information may be incomplete, incorrect or not up to date.
  • Obvious errors are not binding upon ATR.
  • The offer is valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Specific questions regarding sizes, colours, availability or delivery must be addressed to customer service prior to ordering.

Article 4: Ordering and payment

Orders can be placed through the webshop by following the steps of the ordering process.

ATR reserves the right to refuse an order in case of serious breach by the customer.


Article 5: Delivery

  • ATR delivers throughout Europe via professional carriers.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered within 30 days after receipt of payment.
  • If an order contains multiple items, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.
  • Damage or shortages upon delivery must be reported to ATR immediately.
  • Risk transfers to the customer as soon as the goods are physically received by the customer or a third party appointed by the customer.

Article 6: Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of ATR until full payment of the order has been received.


Article 7: Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1 Right of withdrawal

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
  • The customer must notify ATR Superstore of the withdrawal through an unambiguous declaration by post or e-mail.
  • After this notification, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
  • Only unused articles in original condition and packaging, including labels, accessories and proof of purchase, will be accepted.

7.2 Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If the customer uses a return label provided by ATR, the actual return and processing costs may be charged.

7.3 Exceptional returns

  • Returns outside the statutory withdrawal period are only accepted after prior consultation and written approval by ATR.
  • In case of exceptional commercial acceptance, actual shipping and transaction costs may be deducted following customer approval.

7.4 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods manufactured according to customer specifications;
  • sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • goods irrevocably mixed with other products by their nature;
  • digital content where performance has started with the customer’s consent;
  • services already fully performed.

Article 8: Warranty and Crash Replacement Program

8.1. All products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with applicable Belgian and European consumer protection legislation.

8.2. To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide a valid proof of purchase or invoice.

8.3. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing, material or construction defects occurring under normal and intended use of the product.

8.4. Warranty coverage is expressly excluded for damage resulting from:

  • incorrect or improper use;
  • accidents, falls or crashes;
  • negligence or insufficient maintenance;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • exposure to extreme conditions for which the product was not designed;
  • incorrect washing, drying, waterproofing or maintenance;
  • the use of unsuitable detergents, cleaning agents or maintenance products;
  • failure to follow the manufacturer's care and maintenance instructions;
  • modifications, repairs or alterations carried out by the customer or third parties without prior written approval from ATR Superstore.

8.5. Products must be used, cleaned and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions. Damage or reduced performance caused by improper maintenance is not covered under warranty.

8.6. Waterproofness, breathability and protective properties of motorcycle apparel may diminish over time due to wear, contamination, insufficient maintenance, improper washing or failure to reactivate water-repellent treatments. Such situations are not covered under warranty.

8.7. ATR Superstore reserves the right to have any warranty claim assessed by the manufacturer or its authorized service partner before making a decision regarding repair, replacement or compensation.

8.8. Any transportation costs related to a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by ATR Superstore or the manufacturer.

8.9. An approved warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. The manufacturer or ATR Superstore may choose to repair, replace or provide another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable warranty conditions.

8.10. Manufacturer's Warranty
Commercial manufacturer's warranties vary by brand, product line and manufacturer. Depending on the product, warranty periods may range from 2 to 5 years. The exact warranty conditions and durations are determined solely by the manufacturer.

8.11. Crash Replacement Program
Certain brands offer a crash replacement or crash guarantee program. These programs are entirely subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and may vary by brand, product line and country. ATR Superstore acts solely as an intermediary and cannot guarantee approval or outcome of any claim.

8.12. Processing of Warranty and Crash Claims
Warranty and crash claims submitted by ATR Superstore to a manufacturer remain active for a maximum of 30 calendar days. If the customer fails to provide requested information, photographs, documents or other required materials within this period, the manufacturer may automatically close the case. Once externally closed, a case generally cannot be reopened.

8.13. Clean Condition Requirement
Products submitted for warranty inspection or repair must be clean and hygienic. ATR Superstore and its service partners reserve the right to refuse, return or charge a cleaning fee for excessively dirty products before further processing. This applies in particular to motorcycle apparel, boots, gloves and protective equipment.

Article 10: Privacy

  • ATR processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
  • Data is used for orders, deliveries and communication purposes.
  • The customer has the right to access, correct and delete personal data.

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

  • Belgian law exclusively applies to these terms and conditions.
  • Disputes fall under the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
  • The consumer may use the European ODR platform.
