    When you purchase your KLIM® gear from ATR Superstore, you can count on clear guidance and professional support in the event of damage following a motorcycle accident. The KLIM® Gear Protection Guarantee was created to give riders additional peace of mind when qualifying gear is damaged during an accident.

    ATR Superstore is happy to assist you with gathering the necessary information and documents, ensuring your claim is submitted correctly and completely according to the official KLIM® guidelines.

    What is the KLIM® Gear Protection Guarantee?

    The KLIM® Gear Protection Guarantee is not a standard product warranty, but a separate protection program for selected KLIM® products damaged in a motorcycle accident. Depending on the product, purchase date and available documentation, KLIM® may offer a partial or full replacement of the damaged product.

    Every claim is individually reviewed by KLIM®. KLIM® reserves the right to approve or deny claims and may offer an equivalent replacement product based on availability, value and style.

    Tier 1 – Pro Shield Products

    Selected premium KLIM® products are covered for 5 years from the purchase date.

    • 100% replacement with an official police or accident report
    • 50% replacement without an official police or accident report

    Tier 2 – Ride Ready Products

    Selected KLIM® products are covered for 2 years from the purchase date.

    • 50% replacement with an official police or accident report
    • 25% replacement without an official police or accident report

    How does a GPG claim work?

    • Take clear photos of the damaged KLIM® gear
    • Provide an official police or accident report if available
    • Provide valid proof of purchase
    • The claim must be submitted by the original purchaser
    • The claim is submitted through the official KLIM® GPG claim form
    • KLIM® Customer Service generally responds within approximately 10 business days

    Important Conditions

    • The Gear Protection Guarantee only applies to qualifying KLIM® products
    • A maximum of 1 GPG redemption per purchase is allowed
    • Valid proof of purchase is required
    • This program is separate from the standard product warranty
    • KLIM® may substitute products with equivalent value depending on availability
    • Accidents involving illegal or reckless activity, including riding under the influence, are not eligible
    • KLIM® evaluates every claim individually according to the current GPG conditions

    Store Credit Policy for Unavailable Products

    If an approved replacement through the KLIM® Gear Protection Guarantee cannot be fulfilled because the product is no longer available, discontinued or has no known delivery timeframe, the approved replacement value may be converted into store credit at ATR Superstore.

    This credit is not redeemable for cash, but can be used toward the purchase of another product of your choice in our store or webshop.

    • The credit can be used toward an alternative product of your choice
    • If the newly selected product is lower in value, the remaining balance will stay available as store credit
    • The remaining store credit remains valid for 6 months from the issue date
    • Store credit can only be used at ATR Superstore

    Effective Date of the New Conditions

    The updated KLIM® Gear Protection Guarantee is effective from February 1, 2026.

    Products purchased before February 1, 2026 remain subject to the previous KLIM® GPG program conditions.
